Nothing embodies the spirit of giving around the holidays more than FreeHelpCK’s Adopt a Senior program. For the 7th consecutive year, our organization will focus on this upcoming holiday season by accompanying and delivering a festive holiday dinner and gifts to seniors who are alone on Christmas Eve. 

Please complete all the information in the following form to nominate a senior or apply for yourself for our 2025 Adopt a Senior program.

BEFORE COMPLETING THE FORM BELOW, PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU MEET THE ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR THIS PROGRAM.

  • You are over the age of 65
  • You live alone and have no family
  • You have limited mobility and are unable to get out

Help us stock FreeHelpCK’s Free Food Pantries!

With food insecurity continuing to affect individuals, families, and seniors throughout Chatham-Kent, FreeHelpCK is inviting our community to come together for two upcoming food drives!

Our Free Food Pantries provide accessible food and essential items to those experiencing difficult times. With demand continuing to grow, your generosity can make a meaningful difference in helping us keep our pantry shelves stocked.

How You Can Help

While you’re doing your grocery shopping, consider picking up a few extra non-perishable food items or household essentials to donate.

Our volunteers will be on-site collecting donations, and every contribution, big or small, will help support local residents accessing our Free Food Pantry program.
