Nothing embodies the spirit of giving around the holidays more than FreeHelpCK’s Adopt a Senior program. For the 7th consecutive year, our organization will focus on this upcoming holiday season by accompanying and delivering a festive holiday dinner and gifts to seniors who are alone on Christmas Eve. 

Please complete all the information in the following form to nominate a senior or apply for yourself for our 2025 Adopt a Senior program.

BEFORE COMPLETING THE FORM BELOW, PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU MEET THE ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR THIS PROGRAM.

  • You are over the age of 65
  • You live alone and have no family
  • You have limited mobility and are unable to get out

This Easter season, FreeHelpCK is proud to host our annual Easter Senior Hope Meal, a special initiative dedicated to bringing warmth, nourishment, and connection to seniors in our community.

For many seniors, holidays can be especially difficult. Limited mobility, fixed incomes, and social isolation often make it challenging to enjoy a traditional Easter meal. Through FreeHelpCK’s Easter Senior Hope Meal program, we aim to ensure that every senior we serve feels remembered, valued, and cared for.

Register To Receive An Easter Senior Hope Meal

Registration for this meal will remain open from Sunday, March 1st, 2026, to Sunday, March 15th, 2026.

Easter Meal Delivery Date: Monday, April 6, 2026
Easter Meal Delivery Time: 10:00 am – 1:00 pm

Seniors must be home during delivery hours to receive their meal.
