Nothing embodies the spirit of giving around the holidays more than FreeHelpCK’s Adopt a Senior program. For the 6th consecutive year, our organization will be focusing our attention this upcoming holiday season by accompanying and delivering a festive holiday dinner, and gifts to seniors who are alone on Christmas Eve.

At FreeHelpCK, we believe every senior deserves support, companionship, and access to the essentials that make daily life a little brighter. Our Senior Programs are designed to support older adults who may live alone or face challenges in getting out by providing nutritious meals, friendly visits, and a sense of community connection.
