Nothing embodies the spirit of giving around the holidays more than FreeHelpCK’s Adopt a Senior program. For the 7th consecutive year, our organization will focus on this upcoming holiday season by accompanying and delivering a festive holiday dinner and gifts to seniors who are alone on Christmas Eve. 

Please complete all the information in the following form to nominate a senior or apply for yourself for our 2025 Adopt a Senior program.

BEFORE COMPLETING THE FORM BELOW, PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU MEET THE ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR THIS PROGRAM.

  • You are over the age of 65
  • You live alone and have no family
  • You have limited mobility and are unable to get out

Join us for a fun-filled community day supporting a great cause.

Time: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Location: 85 Mill St. W., Tilbury (Lally Chevrolet)

All proceeds from this event will support FreeHelpCK’s Operation Backpack Program, providing new backpacks and essential school supplies to children in SK–Grade 12 across Chatham-Kent. This program helps reduce financial barriers to education for families experiencing hardship.

Admission & Registration

Public Admission: Free

Classic Car Participants:
Dash plaques and door prizes will be provided.

Vendor Spaces:
$50 per 10×10 space

Please note:

  • Duplicate vendors will not be accepted.
  • This event will occur rain or shine.
  • Tents, tables, and chairs will not be provided.
  • This is an outdoor event. Hydro/electrical hook-ups will not be provided.
  • If your application is accepted, the table fee will be due that day. Table fees must be paid in advance by e-transfer. There will be no refunds.

To ensure a family-friendly environment, the following items are not permitted:

  • Items containing profanity
  • Items featuring dispensaries or related content
