Nothing embodies the spirit of giving around the holidays more than FreeHelpCK’s Adopt a Senior program. For the 7th consecutive year, our organization will focus on this upcoming holiday season by accompanying and delivering a festive holiday dinner and gifts to seniors who are alone on Christmas Eve. 

Please complete all the information in the following form to nominate a senior or apply for yourself for our 2025 Adopt a Senior program.

BEFORE COMPLETING THE FORM BELOW, PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU MEET THE ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR THIS PROGRAM.

  • You are over the age of 65
  • You live alone and have no family
  • You have limited mobility and are unable to get out

100 Easter Food Box Giveaway

We believe every family deserves to experience the joy and comfort of a shared meal, especially during meaningful seasons like Easter.

This year, we are proud to offer 100 Easter Food Boxes to individuals and families in our community who may need a little extra support. Each box is thoughtfully prepared with essential food items to help create a special Easter meal at home.

What’s Included:
Each FreeHelpCK Easter Food Box is designed to provide the essentials needed to create a meaningful and traditional Easter dinner at home.

How Can You Apply:
The application will go live on March 24th, 2026, from 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM.

Please note that submitting an application does not guarantee that you will receive an Easter Food Box. Selected applicants will receive a confirmation email with pickup details and information on what will be included.
