Senior Meals

As the Chatham-Kent senior population grows, many elderly individuals find themselves struggling with limited mobility, reduced income, and social isolation, which often leads to difficulty in accessing proper nutrition. FreeHelpCK’s Senior Meals program aims to address these challenges by delivering balanced, home-cooked meals to over 250 seniors, every Monday and Thursday, as well as on holidays such as Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Eve, who may not have the means to provide for themselves.  

These meals provide not only nourishment but also a meaningful connection to the elderly community. By supporting this program, you’re helping give back to the generation that helped build the community we enjoy today, showing our seniors that they are seen, valued, and cared for.
