We believe family means everyone under your roof—including the ones who bark & purr at dinnertime. That’s why we’re launching our New FreeHelpCK Pet Pantry PickUp—a brand-new way to help make sure your furry family members never miss a meal. Please register below for your FREE food pickup so we can ensure tails keep wagging and whiskers stay happy.

Please review the revised program procedures below, as we have implemented recent changes to the FreeHelpCK Pet Pantry porch pick-up process effective August 10th, 2025.

– 48 Hours Notice Is Required.

– Available only ONCE every 30 days.

– Pick Up Hours: 8 AM – 7 PM

– Registration Required Each Use.

– A Confirmation Notice Will Be Sent To Your Email

– You MUST Pick Up On Your Selected Pick Up Day.

Please check your Junk or Spam folder for your confirmation email, as it may be filtered there by mistake.

NO SHOW POLICY: If you miss your pickup day, you will be marked as a NO SHOW. In that case, your pet’s food will be donated to the next person in line, and you will not be eligible for another pickup for 60 days.
