Nothing embodies the spirit of giving around the holidays more than FreeHelpCK’s Adopt a Senior program. For the 7th consecutive year, our organization will focus on this upcoming holiday season by accompanying and delivering a festive holiday dinner and gifts to seniors who are alone on Christmas Eve.

Welcome to FreeHelpCK

FreeHelpCK began with a single act of kindness in Windsor on Christmas Eve 2013, where we provided essentials to more than 400 people in need. What started as one program has grown into a charity with eight initiatives serving thousands across Chatham-Kent.

From nourishing seniors with weekly meals, stocking community food pantries, and equipping students through Operation Backpack, to bringing hope with Kindness Days, Fill the Gap, Holiday Hope, Pet Pantry, and Birthday Boxes—our mission is rooted in compassion.

Guided by our values of love, dignity, and non-judgment, we strive to meet people where they are and remind them they are never alone. At FreeHelpCK, we don’t just provide programs—we provide hope, encouragement, and a sense of community.
